These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Homemaker Furniture Store’s Website.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers
to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the Philippines.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

SALES

1. Once an order has been placed:
a. The customer can no longer cancel the order.
b. The customer can no longer change the items in the order.
c. The customer can no longer request for a refund.
d. The customer can no longer request any change in the order.
2. For bank transfer, cash deposit, and check transactions:
a. For local transactions, items will be delivered two (2)- five (5) business working days after the transaction has been conducted.
b. For international transactions, items will be delivered two (2) – seven (7) business working days after the transaction has been conducted.
3. For website credit card orders, items can be delivered after being confirmed by the Homemaker Furniture Corp. representative.
4. Online transactions need to be confirmed before the delivery schedule.
5. By placing an order, the customer confirms and agrees to all terms and conditions stated.

STORAGE, DELIVERY, SHIPMENT, INSTALLATIONS,  and WARRANTY

1. Free storage of two (2) weeks.
2. A storage fee of Php 1,000 per item will be charged every month after consuming one (1) month of free storage.
3. No warranty but we assist mechanism defect within one (1) year of purchase.
4. Delivery fees must be paid in cash.
5. No delivery, pick-up, or installations on the scheduled monthly inventory dates.
6. Once the customer receives the item, the customer will confirm through online message that the ordered item was received in good condition.
7. For deliveries in condominiums or establishments with no or non-working elevators, the customer will pay Php 100.00 additional fee for every floor.
8. For customers who request to have their orders delivered or installed outside Homemaker Furniture Corp.’s working hours, the customer will pay an additional fee of Php 200.00.
9. There will be no exact delivery time but the orders will be delivered on the agreed delivery date.
10. Customers who failed to receive the orders by the scheduled delivery date are still obliged to pay the delivery fee.
11. For deliveries in mountainous areas, there will be an additional delivery charge of Php 300.00.
12. For customers who request special installation schedule outside Las Pinas/ Muntinlupa to Mandaluyong/ Pasig area, the customer will pay an installation charge of Php 100.00.
13. For wardrobe installation fees, they must be paid upon purchasing the item.
14. Installation for pick-up orders should be scheduled for a different day.
15. The lead time for processing shipment orders is seven (7) business working days.

Return & Refund Policy

As Homemaker Furniture is company of standardized process, our items are quality-checked prior to release or dispatch to our customer and clients. Thus, all items purchased by customers are non-refundable. In case items are damaged, Homemaker Furniture conducts thorough investigation to identify if damage was caused by customer mishandling and negligence, or factory defect. Once investigation proved that the said item was factory defective, we can replace the item with a new one of the same kind unless inventory deems it unavailable. For reserved items that required partial payments, amount is neither refundable nor can be used to purchase other Homemaker Furniture items as the amount will be a calculated expense for keeping the item aside instead of it converting it as sales with a different customer or client. Also, return or replacement of items due to customer changed their mind is not acknowledged and highly discouraged by Homemaker Furniture.

2. Delivery outside Cebu Province

2.1. SHIPPING FEES VARIES DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION.
2.2. SHIPMENT WILL BE HANDLED BY OUR PARTNER, 2GO SHIPPING VIA FORWARDING.
